GLP-1 Telehealth Price Index (September 2026)
Compounded GLP-1 programs advertise wildly different prices for the same two molecules. This index puts the numbers side by side: the real starting monthly price for compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide at ten telehealth programs we have reviewed in full, plus the catches that change the math.
How to read it: every figure comes from our hands-on review of that brand, where we walked the brand’s own pricing and checkout pages. Click the review link in each row for the full breakdown and the date the numbers were last verified. Prices in this market move often — treat this as a map, and confirm on the brand’s site before you buy.
The index: starting monthly prices
| Program | Compounded semaglutide (per month) | Compounded tirzepatide (per month) | The catch to know | Full review |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trimi | $99 flat | $125 | Microdose plans from $109; flat pricing is the pitch | Trimi vs Lttl |
| bmiMD | $99–$129 (by plan length) | $139–$179 | The $99 tier requires prepaying $1,188 for 12 months | bmiMD review |
| Oak | From $119 | — | Entry dose only; price steps up with dose | Oak vs brand-name |
| Lttl | $129 flat | $199 | Month-to-month, cancel anytime; up to $140 off first order | Lttl review |
| HealthRx | ~$133 (3-month plan) | $179–$209 | Intro promos from $79–$99 expire quickly | HealthRx review |
| CoreAge Rx | $149 | $99 | Tirzepatide priced below semaglutide is unusual — young brand, likely intro pricing | CoreAge Rx review |
| Shed | From $159 | From $239 | Member reports of semaglutide climbing toward $299 at higher doses | Shed vs brand-name |
| Enhance MD | $112 first month, then $212 | $180 first month, then $280 | First-month price roughly doubles from month two | Enhance MD review |
| Willow | $299 flat (tablets same price) | $399 flat (tablets same price) | Full refund only before the script reaches the pharmacy; flat price at every dose | Willow review |
| Synergy Rx | ~$200 start, ~$299 ongoing | $349–$449 | $100 welcome credit applies mainly to month one | Synergy Rx review |
Brand-name context
For comparison, at our last checks: Wegovy through the manufacturer’s direct-pay program runs about $349 a month (roughly $499 cash elsewhere), Zepbound self-pay vials run about $299–$499 depending on dose, and cash-pay Ozempic sits near $1,299 a month. That gap is the entire reason the compounded market exists.
The three patterns that change your real cost
- Intro pricing. “From $99” often means month one. Enhance MD nearly doubles after the first month; HealthRx’s cheapest banners are promo rates.
- Dose creep. Most people titrate up over several months, and several programs charge more at higher doses. Shed’s low entry rate can approach $299 by the top dose.
- Prepay lock-in. The cheapest tiers usually require paying 6–12 months upfront — fine if you stay the course, expensive if you stop early. bmiMD’s $99 tier is a $1,188 commitment.
Method and updates
Figures are collected from each brand’s public pricing and checkout pages during our reviews, and re-verified when readers or brands flag changes. This page was first published in September 2026 and is updated as prices move. No brand pays for placement here, and this page carries no affiliate links — our funding is disclosed here.
